We’re thrilled to have you here and excited to welcome you to the Nibbles & Yips care collective! This onboarding process will guide you step-by-step through everything you need to get set up and ready to accept bookings.

We’ll start by uploading your profile photo—this is the face clients will see when they’re choosing who to trust with their pets. After that, we’ll walk you through submitting your bio, rate sheet, and proof of insurance, signing your contractor agreement, and setting up your account in Time to Pet, our booking and communication platform.

Service Rates Submission

Please enter your rates for the services you’d like to offer to overnight care clients. This includes core services like overnight stays and private boarding, as well as add-ons such as walks of varying lengths, extra pet fees, and holiday surcharges.

You’re welcome to charge for these services—or include them at no additional cost. If you don’t offer a specific service, or prefer not to charge for it, simply leave the field blank or enter “0.” This ensures we match you with bookings that align with how you want to operate your business.

Proof of Insurance
Please upload your proof of active pet care business insurance. Your certificate should clearly include:

Complete Onboarding
You’re almost there! Once you’ve completed all onboarding steps, you’ll receive your Time to Pet activation email within 1 business day. Before you submit, feel free to review your information to make sure everything looks good.
