Complete Onboarding
Once we have completed our PAWsitive Pairing call you will get a Client Portal Activation email. Once clicked, our booking software will guide you through setting up your client portal. Don't forget to download the app "Time to Pet" and start scheduling!

We have always had a wonderful experience with Nibbles and Yips!!! Nibbles and Yips has to be the most trusted I have came across for the care of my pets! I have a rescue who is very skiddish of people and she has fallen in love with Nibbles and Yips more then our own close and extended family. Whenever dropping our dogs off they are so excited recognizing where they are. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable home where the dogs can be comfortable and have the love of a family! Our rescue dog has come out of her shell due to their love and help with socializing. If I could give more then 5 stars as a rating I would without hesitation!!

Litter Box Cleaning & Sanitizing: While scooping the litter is part of a standard visit, sometimes the litter box needs a little extra TLC. Nibbles & Yips is happy to take care of this. We will empty the old litter, dispose of it, scrub the litter box, then sanitize it using vinegar and water before filling it with fresh litter.

Pet Toy Cleaning & Sanitizing: Are your pet toys looking a bit run down? Nibbles & Yips is happy to help you get them back in shape! We will soak the hard toys in a vinegar and water solution before scrubbing them to remove as much of the stubborn stains as possible. We will also sort through the soft toys and separate into "wash" or "trash" categories. We will run the "wash" category through your clothes washer then lay them out to dry. The "trash" category we will leave for your to review. We wouldn't want to toss a sentimental stuffie.

Key Concierge: We get it! You don't trust just anyone to hold a key to your home. Not a problem! Should you choose not to use a hide-a-key, lock box, or allow Nibbles & Yips to retain a key, we will gladly pick up a key from you before your service and return it to you afterward.

Home Waiting Service: There are times when you must be at home, but it just isn't possible; the cable guy is coming sometime between 2-4 or you know that there is a package requiring a signature being delivered today. Let Nibbles & Yips do the waiting for you! (Your pets will be excited we are hanging out, too!)

Personal Shopper/Errands: Your "to-do" list is longer than your day; it happens to the best of us! Whether you need us to pick up the dog food, grab dinner, pick up the dry cleaning, or stop by the pharmacy, we are happy to help make your life run more smoothly. We will happily drive within 10 miles of your home to help you get more done.
