Employment

Join the Nibbles & Yips Pack
At Nibbles & Yips, we’re more than a pet care company — we’re a relationship-driven team built on compassion, patience, and respect for animals of all temperaments. While we joyfully serve pets of all kinds, we specialize in supporting anxious, reactive, or misunderstood animals who need a little extra care to feel safe. That means our team members must be confident, calm, and comfortable working with sensitive pets — and willing to learn. We provide hands-on training in safe handling techniques and trauma-informed approaches to ensure that every pet, and every team member, feels supported. If you believe every animal deserves to be seen and respected for who they are, you’ll feel right at home here.
Dog Walker
At Nibbles & Yips, dog walking is about more than getting steps in — it’s about building trust, reading subtle cues, and becoming a reliable, calm presence in a dog’s day. As a Dog Walker, you’ll work with pets who range from energetic socialites to sensitive souls who need structure, patience, and reassurance. Our clients count on us to notice the little things — a change in behavior, a skipped meal, a tail held differently — and to communicate those details with care. You’ll be trained in our relationship-based, trauma-informed methods, and supported by a team that values professionalism, empathy, and real connection. If you believe that being a great dog walker is part heart, part skill, and part intuition — this role was made for you.
